In this dynamic and challenging role, the Customer Success Manager will help ensure that each of CoInspect’s customers are delighted by every aspect of our software product and services.
The Customer Success Manager will work closely with our Implementation, Support, and Sales Teams on a daily basis. They must understand CoInspect’s software platform in depth and be able to customize and configure our software to meet the customer’s workflow needs.
The Customer Success Manager will be highly motivated, interested in technology and with software, process-driven, friendly, and energetic. The ideal candidate should be capable of communicating with senior executives at multinational companies and feel confident in learning how to become a trusted partner who will ensure these companies stay and grow their business with CoInspect.
