OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Senior JavaScript Engineer to help CoInspect meet the needs of multinational corporations, governments, and international regulatory agencies. Join us in building software that improves safety, quality, and accountability across the planet. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to set the overall technical direction for CoInspect as we scale to support millions of users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the JavaScript engineering team while collaborating closely with our Mobile development team (iOS and Android).
  • Develop and maintain our core application and public APIs for utilization by millions of daily users
  • Develop integrations between CoInspect and 3rd party hardware and software vendors
  • Mentor our 10+ developer team

EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of experience building and maintaining full-stack applications
  • Expert knowledge of node.js, angular.js, and PostgreSQL
  • Extensive experience with New Relic or similar monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with AWS and container-based infrastructures (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Experience building publicly-consumable APIs and platforms is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

OVERVIEW

In this dynamic and challenging role, the Customer Success Manager will help ensure that each of CoInspect’s customers are delighted by every aspect of our software product and services.

The Customer Success Manager will work closely with our Implementation, Support, and Sales Teams on a daily basis. They must understand CoInspect’s software platform in depth and be able to customize and configure our software to meet the customer’s workflow needs.

The Customer Success Manager will be highly motivated, interested in technology and with software, process-driven, friendly, and energetic. The ideal candidate should be capable of communicating with senior executives at multinational companies and feel confident in learning how to become a trusted partner who will ensure these companies stay and grow their business with CoInspect.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer Success Manager’s core responsibilities will be to:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our software product at all times
  • Develop and drive adoption plans for each client
  • Convert the customer’s workflow and data into our software platform as needed
  • Configure our software to ensure it meets the customer’s workflow needs
  • Effectively train and onboard customers onto our software
  • Ensure application usage -- building high customer satisfaction
  • Track accounts to identify churn risk and take proactive steps to improve their adoption and relationship with CoInspect
  • Increase customer retention by conducting regular check-ins and explaining the most relevant software features for their specific business needs
  • Work closely with Engineering on identifying bugs and tracking enhancement requests
  • Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how CoInspect can better serve our customer base
  • Manage the existing customer renewal process
  • Generate a revenue pipeline of expansion opportunities within our existing customers
  • Monitor and assist with Customer Support needs
  • Build and update creative content for training and onboarding of new and existing clients

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic analytical and data manipulation skills (Excel, SQL)

OVERVIEW

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Representative to communicate the value proposition of our CoInspect application to enterprise customers in the food retail, service, and manufacturing industries. You will develop opportunities by prospecting, qualifying and closing new business, working closely with our senior leadership (CEO, CTO). Significant upside potential based on performance.

Please note that the preferred candidate would be able to work from our headquarters in San Francisco, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The focus is on selling to the restaurant, supermarket, and food manufacturing markets. You will prospect, qualify and help close multi-million dollar deals with national-level accounts.
  • Understand potential customers’ business needs and effectively communicate how the CoInspect application will meet those needs.
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of the sales cycle, with emphasis on working closely with our leadership team to close enterprise-level deals
  • Navigate organizations to identify key decision makers related to each opportunity
  • Consistent exceed monthly goals with respect to pipeline metrics

EXPERIENCE

  • 2-4 years B2B inside sales experience with a system level solution, preferably in the food, retail, or hospitality industries
  • Previous experience with extensive phone interactions with potential customers, ability to engage senior executives and effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Previous experience working with a CRM (Salesforce, Zoho) for all aspects of sales pipeline management, forecasting and account activity tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
  • Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Experience working with channels and partners a plus

OVERVIEW

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Marketing Associate who can do everything from develop and email marketing campaign to write and test the copy and content for it. Focusing on our customer base across the food, hospitality and retail industries, your responsibilities will range from building email campaigns to bring new companies on board, to developing materials to support our sales team, to developing and executing innovative promotions, all with a plan for measuring, evaluating and then building on success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the execution of automated and direct marketing programs
  • Utilize online systems like salesforce.com, Marketo, Podio and other tools in the execution of these programs
  • Coordinate and onsite customer events
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to ensure quality and on time delivery of these programs
  • Report on program results and identify opportunities to improve program execution going forward

EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 4 years work experience in marketing, particularly online direct marketing (ideally 2+ years in tech marketing)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and one or more marketing automation platforms
  • Effectively and efficiently works with a vast array of information and adjusts to rapidly changing information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate marketing messages and technical concepts through various mediums - if you can draft email copy or whitepapers we'd like to see them
  • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation, and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget
  • Strong results and work ethic, a proven star performer over the course of your career
  • Hands-on: must be willing to be an individual contributor - we look for people who love to do!
